ASP1 Company Wilken Service Pty Ltd based in Caringbah is looking for civil workers:

Labourers with Truck Licence to hand excavate, backfill & install conduit and excavator operators who are not afraid to get their hands dirty.

Requirements

·        White Card

·        Excavator Operators must have a Min of 2 years’ experience in Trenching around live services

·        MR/HR licence 

·        Australian Resident

·        Assist and spotter for Plant Operators

·        Shovelling and manual handling associated with construction works

·        All applicants must be hands on

Attributes

·        Physically fit

·        Ability to work in a team environment

·        Follow instructions and directions from Leading Hands/Project Managers

·        Practical knowledge of WHS

·        Positive attitude

·        Experience operating power tools

·        Reliable with excellent attendance and work ethic

Work Conditions

·        FULL-TIME PERMANENT POSITION WITH EBA RATES.

·        SUPPERANNUATION

·        Hourly rate from $48-$53 per hour (depending on experience)

·        40 hr week (save 2hrs to RDO)

·        4 weeks annual leave per year

·        RDO once a month

·        Rain days

·        Long Service Leave Corporation

·        Sick leave and carers leave

·        Bereavement Leave

·        Successful applicants are supplied Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – safety boots, hard hat, Hi-Vis ARC rated clothing

·        Overtime available PENATLY RATES APPLY

·        Opportunities to increase skill level and be promoted within the company

·        Willing to work both day & night shifts + weekends when REQUIRED

·        3+ months initial work to full time dependent on performance

·        Ausgrid & Endeavour Energy electrical safety training will be provided

·        Defence Force experience desirable
