Face to face - Solar Sales Representative

Work alongside one of Western Australia's growing solar companies as we continue to expand our high-performing sales team. We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, professional and results-driven Face-to-Face Solar Sales Representative to start immediately.

This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who enjoys meeting customers in person, managing their own appointments and being rewarded directly for their performance.

About You

We are looking for a highly driven sales professional with strong communication skills, excellent follow-up habits and a genuine focus on delivering a great customer experience.

Previous experience in solar is highly regarded but not essential. Full product and sales training will be provided to the successful candidate.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Proven face-to-face or consultative sales experience (essential)
• A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-growing team
• Excellent customer service, follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• A professional appearance and confident communication style
• Good computer and CRM skills
• A valid driver's licence
• Your own reliable vehicle

Key Responsibilities

• Attend qualified, pre-booked in-home solar assessments across the Perth metropolitan area
• Drive to customer homes and conduct professional face-to-face consultations
• Present tailored solar and battery solutions
• Explain products, finance options and the benefits of solar clearly and confidently
• Consistently follow up with customers to progress opportunities and close sales
• Maintain accurate customer records within the company CRM
• Work closely with the internal sales, administration and operations teams

Working Hours

• Primarily Monday to Friday
• Flexible hours around customer appointments where possible
