Position Profile and Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Mental Health - Assessment and Treatment Team (ATT).
As part of a multidisciplinary team provides Occupational Therapy services to consumers in the clinical area of Assessment and Treatment Team (ATT) and/or other assigned areas as required/appropriate, at the Health Service and/or in the community. Facilitates and promotes consumer safety and quality of care. Practices as an Occupational Therapist in accordance with Occupational Therapy professional and registration requirements, standards, codes and guidelines and SMHS policies and guidelines.

Supporting the tertiary and quaternary services of Fiona Stanley Hospital, Fremantle Hospital provides a broad range of specialist care across areas including orthopaedics, general and plastic surgery, ENT, specialised hand surgery, ophthalmology, urology, vascular, endoscopy, dental and maxillofacial, and women’s health services.
