About Triple Zero Victoria
Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state’s emergency services agencies. It provides Victoria’s 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES.
This integration of emergency services communications within Triple Zero Victoria is unique in Australia and rare worldwide. The team at Triple Zero Victoria are deeply committed to the community they serve and are among the most dedicated and highly skilled in their field.
About the Role
The Learning Experience Designer designs and delivers innovative, best practice learning solutions that guide learners to become highly skilled, flexible and engaged people, supporting ongoing professional development and career growth at TZV. Under the guidance of the Manager, Talent Development, the Learning Experience Designer is responsible for creating innovative learning and development solutions using best practice Learning & Development approaches. They will draw on their expertise in adult learning and instructional design to partner with Subject Matter Experts from across the business to develop fit for purpose learning solutions.

The successful candidate will have a qualification in Learning Design, Education or relevant discipline and have demonstrated understanding and application of adult learning theories.
