SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

Riverbank Real Estate is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our growing team in Pemulwuy. Your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end portfolio management

• Routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections

• Maintenance coordination

• Lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears management

• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors

• Ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records

We're looking for someone who has:

• 1 years experience in residential property management

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

• Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• A proactive attitude and genuine passion for customer service
