Support Worker

Support Worker – Casual

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals living with disability, helping them achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life.

• Assist clients with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks

• Provide emotional support and companionship

• Support clients with community access, appointments, and social activities

• Transport participants to appointments, programs, and community activities

• Administer medication where required

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes

• Follow individual support plans and ensure client safety and wellbeing at all times

• Caring, patient, and respectful attitude

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence are essential due to participant transportation requirements

• Flexible availability including weekends and evenings (preferred)

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Able to push about 100kg participant

• Working With Children Check (if applicable)

• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or related field (preferred)

• Previous experience in disability support or community care is highly regarded

• Drivers license 

• Vehicle with minimum 3rd party insurance

• Medication Administration Certificate
