About the role
Lead Talent Acquisition across a growing Allied Health Organisation
Flexible, hybrid Full-Time position working from home and in the office
Based at Toronto, Erina or Neutral Bay
Autonomy, influence and the opportunity to make a real impact
Are you a high-performing recruiter who wants more than just filling vacancies?
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition P&C Advisor to join our People & Culture team and take a proactive lead in attracting and securing great people across our growing allied health organisation. Lead end-to-end recruitment, supporting onboarding and broader P&C initiatives in a flexible, people-focused environment where you can make a genuine impact.
This is a role for someone who thinks beyond the job ad and who enjoys building relationships, finding great talent, working closely with management and creating new ways to attract the people we need.
Because great recruitment starts with a great place to work.
We're a people-first allied health organisation with a strong purpose, a supportive culture and a genuine commitment to both our people and our clients. We stand proud behind our 20+ years of making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we support.
With Recovery Station you will have flexibility, autonomy and a genuine opportunity to influence how we attract and grow our team, without getting lost in a large corporate recruitment machine.
Think meaningful work, great people, flexibility and room to make your mark.
Our reach spans across the Greater Hunter, Tamworth, Central Coast, Sydney and Illawarra regions and every step of the way we have grown with heart. Together, we collaborate and provide community and clinic-based allied health services with a strong foucs on disability and senior health, designing individualised, person-centred services that empower people to live with greater independence, dignity and have a better quality of life.
At the heart of this is our People & Culture team who play a key role in ensuring we continue to foster a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace where people feel supported to thrive.
We’re not looking for someone who simply waits for a vacancy to land in their inbox.
We want someone who is curious, proactive and confident and enjoys picking up the phone, building relationships, finding great candidates and thinking differently about how we attract talent.
You’ll ideally bring:
Solid internal or agency recruitment experience
Proven end-to-end recruitment capability
Strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Initiative, creativity and a genuine passion for finding great people
Confidence working autonomously while being part of a supportive P&C team
Experience with LinkedIn, job boards and HR systems (Employment Hero experience is a bonus)
You’ll take ownership of recruitment across our multiple NSW locations and a diverse range of allied health and administrative roles.
Working closely with management across our regions, you’ll understand workforce needs, develop creative sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to offer.
You’ll also have the opportunity to make your mark through:
End-to-end recruitment and proactive talent sourcing
Building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and future roles
Working closely with management to develop effective recruitment strategies
Graduate recruitment, placements and careers events
Employer branding and creative talent attraction campaigns
Using LinkedIn, social media and other channels to find great people
Supporting onboarding and selected P&C initiatives
Recruitment is the heart of this role, with broader P&C exposure providing variety and the opportunity to grow your career.
At Recovery Station we believe a happy team is a thriving team. We take the time to listen, understand what drives you, and create an environment where you feel supported, valued and inspired.
