Special Projects Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Special Projects Manager to join our team and work closely with senior management to deliver a diverse range of strategic initiatives across residential housing, property development, and business growth opportunities.

This is a unique role for a commercially minded professional who enjoys turning ideas into reality. You will be responsible for identifying, coordinating, and delivering special projects that support the continued growth and expansion of our residential housing business. Working across multiple stakeholders and project streams, you will provide leadership, structure, and strategic support from concept through to implementation.

The Prime Group is a diverse and growing group of property and construction companies specialising in the development, construction, sales, marketing, and management of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior management to identify, evaluate, and deliver strategic projects and business initiatives.

• Manage and coordinate a diverse portfolio of special projects across residential housing, property development, investment initiatives, and business growth opportunities.

• Support product development initiatives and the assessment of new opportunities.

• Coordinate projects from feasibility and planning through to implementation, delivery, and stakeholder management.

• Act as a key interface between builders, consultants, developers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

• Liaise with government authorities, industry partners, and external service providers as required.

• Prepare project updates, recommendations, and reports for senior management.

About You

• Proven experience in project management, property development, construction, housing, or a related industry.

• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.

• Highly organised, with strong planning, prioritisation, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional communication skills and confidence working with senior executives and external partners.

• Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Property, Construction, Business, or a related discipline are desirable.
