Signal & Hobbs is seeking experienced Roof Plumbing Subcontractors and Crews to join an upcoming commercial roofing project in Horsham, VIC.

We are looking for reliable, experienced roof plumbers who are available to commence as soon as possible and want to work with an established commercial roofing contractor delivering large-scale projects across Victoria.

Scope of Work

Works may include:

• Installation of metal roofing, flashings, gutters and downpipes

• Roof sheeting and wall cladding systems

• Installation of insulated roof panels and associated materials

• Box gutters, parapets, penetrations and cappings

• Reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans

• Completing works safely and to a high standard

About You

We’re looking for subcontractors who:

• Have proven experience in commercial metal roofing and roof plumbing

• Take pride in the quality of their workmanship

• Are reliable and able to work to project timelines

• Work safely and effectively at heights

• Communicate well with site supervisors and other trades

• Can work independently or as part of a crew

Requirements

You will need:

• ABN and appropriate subcontractor setup

• Relevant licences, registrations and tickets required for the works

• Own tools, equipment

• Current Public Liability Insurance

• Any other applicable subcontractor insurances and documentation
