About the role

Coolum Beach Christian College is seeking passionate, committed and experienced Primary Teacher to join our growing Christian school community for 2027. About you

• Hold appropriate teaching qualifications and current Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration

• Demonstrate a passion for teaching and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes for students

• Current Queensland teacher registration and eligible to work in Australia

• Successful applicants must be available to commence from 13th January 2027 for Induction and Professional Learning.

SC1
Evidence of active involvement in a Christian denomination and/or a demonstrated willingness and ability to support the Christian ethos of the School, including its worship and devotional life. Tell us your testimony.

SC2
Demonstrated personal and interpersonal skills that foster positive, respectful and collaborative relationships with students, colleagues, families and the wider school community.

SC3 Demonstrated knowledge and application of current, evidence-informed best practice in teaching and learning, including purposeful planning, differentiation, assessment and the use of data and evidence to support high-quality learning and improved student outcomes.

SC4
Demonstrated understanding of restorative practices and the ability to establish positive, safe and supportive learning environments that promote student wellbeing, engagement and positive behaviour.

Applicants must hold current Queensland teacher registration and be eligible to work in Australia.
