Early Years Educator

Raceview Kindergarten and Childcare Centre is growing, and we are looking for a passionate Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team as a Float Position.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring and committed educator who is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and supporting children to learn, grow and thrive.

About the role:

• Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Develop and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences

• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and educators

• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

• Work collaboratively to provide high-quality care and education

• Support children’s individual development, interests and needs

• Contribute to programming, observations and documentation

• Follow the EYLF, NQS and centre policies and procedures

• Maintain a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for all children
