Working closely with our Sales and Warehouse teams, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service while helping ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be responsible for:

·         Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently

·         Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email

·         Providing quotes, product information, lead times and order updates

·         Working closely with the Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure customer                             expectations are met

·         Coordinating customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly

·         Processing credit claims in line with company policy

·         Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation

·         Building strong relationships with customers through outstanding service

·         Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting a positive team                 environment

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You'll ideally have:

·         Previous experience in customer service, administration or internal sales

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Previous experience in the Aluminium Door & Window industry would be preferred

·         Strong computer skills and attention to detail

·         A professional and friendly telephone manner

·         Excellent organisational and time management skills

·         The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment

·         A proactive approach to problem-solving

·         A commitment to safety, teamwork and reliability
