Volunteer Program Coordinator

Busselton Hospice Care Inc. is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Volunteer Program Coordinator to lead and support our volunteer-led palliative care and bereavement programs.

What you'll be doing

• Recruit, train, and support volunteers.

• Coordinate and promote volunteer-led programs within budget.

• Collaborate with clients, families, and service providers.

• Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure compliance with national standards.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and participate in community events.

What we're looking for

• Tertiary qualification in Health, Social, or Human Services.

• Experience in palliative care and bereavement support.

• Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.

• Passion for community development and volunteer engagement.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and associated collaborative tools.

• Current driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
