Cook/Kitchen Hand and Experienced Barista

We’re looking for experienced Baristas and Café Cooks to join our busy beachside café.

We’re after reliable, friendly and hardworking people who are confident in a fast-paced café environment and enjoy being part of a fun, supportive team.

We’re currently looking for:

Experienced Baristas / Café All-Rounders

• Confident making high-quality coffee in a busy environment

• Strong milk texturing and coffee knowledge

• Taking orders and operating POS

• Preparing cold drinks, smoothies and milkshakes

• Running food and providing great customer service

• Helping with general café duties

Experienced Café Cooks

• Previous café or commercial kitchen experience

• Confident preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch menu items

• Able to manage multiple orders during busy service

• Strong food presentation and attention to detail

• Food preparation, cleaning and kitchen organisation

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in your relevant role is essential

• Weekend availability is required

• Early morning availability

• Reliable and punctual

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

We can offer 20+ hours per week for the right applicants, with the opportunity for additional hours.
