$86,800 – $100,000 + allowances + 12% super
Based at our Depot | On-site, team-focused role

At the City of Armadale, you'll coordinate the maintenance of a diverse range of community facilities, working with contractors and supporting a small team to keep our buildings safe, functional and well maintained.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinating maintenance activities across a diverse range of community facilities
• Supporting and supervising a small maintenance team
• Managing contractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Conducting facility inspections and identifying maintenance priorities
• Planning preventative maintenance and coordinating repairs
• Building strong relationships with contractors, service providers and internal stakeholders
• Supporting purchasing, procurement and contract administration activities
• Promoting a strong culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement

About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, adaptable and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
You'll bring:

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, construction or a similar operational environment
• The ability to coordinate multiple jobs and priorities at once
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with contractors, service providers and internal teams
• A practical approach to problem solving and decision making
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality outcomes
