In this role, you'll:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Tech Delivery to provide strategic leadership across multiple technology delivery streams and multidisciplinary teams. This critical leadership role will drive the successful delivery of complex technology solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, business priorities, portfolio commitments, and organisational objectives.

 
You will:
• Lead multiple technology delivery portfolios and provide oversight across complex, large-scale initiatives.
• Drive delivery governance, workforce planning, risk management, and cross-portfolio coordination.
• Partner with technology, architecture, strategy, and portfolio leaders to prioritise and optimise delivery outcomes.
• Oversee vendor governance, procurement activities, and commercial performance.
• Deliver executive-level reporting, portfolio insights, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery capability and maturity.

About you

You are a strategic technology leader with:

• Extensive experience leading large-scale technology delivery functions and portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, systems integration, cloud technologies, and end-to-end delivery lifecycles.
• Experience in workforce planning, capability uplift, and leading diverse technical teams.
• Strong understanding of governance, procurement, vendor management, and technology strategy.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent senior professional experience.
