Cafe Barista All rounder [Casual/Part time/Full time role}

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista All-Rounder to join our busy café in Brookvale, NSW. If you're passionate about great coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and pride yourself on excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages.

• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service.

• Operate and maintain café equipment.

• Take orders and process POS transactions.

• Assist with food preparation and general café duties.

• Maintain cleanliness, food safety and hygiene standards.

• Assist with stock control and café opening/closing procedures.

• Work collaboratively with the team during busy service periods.

About You

• Minimum 2 years' barista experience in a busy café.

• Strong coffee-making skills and attention to detail.

• Friendly, reliable and able to work well under pressure.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Flexible availability, including weekends.
