Job Title: Experienced High-Reach Forklift Driver

Position Type: Casual / Ongoing (Potential for Permanency)

Location: Gepps Cross

Pay Rate: $34 - $40/hr + Super

We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused High-Reach Forklift Driver to join our team for an ongoing position. If you are a skilled operator ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment and looking for long-term stability, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute stock efficiently.
• Operate high-reach forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Conduct regular stock counts, reporting, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Requirements

• Valid LF Forklift Licence with 12+ months of demonstrated high-reach experience (essential).
• High confidence operating high-reach forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong background in warehouse, transport, or freight operations, including order picking.
• Excellent safety awareness and reliability.
• Physical fitness to manage repetitive manual handling tasks comfortably.
• Available to work 5 days per week with a positive attitude and commitment to ongoing work.

Please note: High-reach forklift operation is a core requirement of this position. We are only able to consider applicants with previous high-reach operating experience.
