About the Role:

As Financial Manager, you will take ownership of the finance function, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver accurate financial reporting, commercial insights and strong financial governance.

• Leading the month-end and year-end reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, integrity and timely delivery
• Overseeing core finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and cashflow management
• Preparing management reports, financial analysis and key business performance insights
• Maintaining and enhancing financial controls, policies and compliance procedures
• Driving budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning activities
• Partnering with operational and commercial leaders to support decision-making and profitability initiatives
• Monitoring financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending corrective actions
• Leading, coaching and developing a capable off shore team
• Managing audit requirements and supporting statutory and regulatory reporting obligations
• Identifying efficiencies, improving systems and processes, and contributing to ongoing business transformation initiatives

About You

• CA or CPA qualified, with proven experience in a Financial Manager or senior accounting leadership role
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial information into actionable business insights
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop teams and build strong stakeholder relationships
• Excellent understanding of financial reporting, compliance, controls and governance frameworks
• Confident communicator who can influence and partner effectively across all levels of the business
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive approach to process improvement, systems enhancement and driving positive change
