Crane Operator – FIFO/DIDO | Regional NSW

We are currently seeking experienced Crane Operators to join our team on a FIFO/DIDO basis for a major project in regional New South Wales. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale project with a professional crew and well-maintained equipment.

About the Role
As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of cranes to support piling and general construction activities on site. You’ll work closely with rigging crews, supervisors, and site personnel to ensure all lifts are carried out safely and in accordance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cranes safely and efficiently in line with site procedures

• Perform pre-start checks and routine maintenance

• Execute lifts in accordance with lift plans and directions

• Work closely with dogmen/riggers and site supervisors

• Ensure compliance with all WHS and site safety standards

• Maintain clear communication during lifting operations

• Assist with general site duties when required

About You

• Proven experience operating cranes on civil or infrastructure projects

• Strong understanding of safe lifting practices and site operations

• Ability to read and follow lift plans

• High attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Reliable and able to work in remote FIFO/DIDO environments

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Requirements

• Valid High Risk Work Licence – C2 & C6

• White Card & Driver's Licence

• Dogging/Rigging tickets (highly regarded)

• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
