Junior Property Manager

The role: 

We're seeking someone eager to take on the responsibility of providing support as a junior property manager. You will be responsible for all the administrative day-to-day operations and contributing to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with supporting a well-maintained portfolio

• Assist with conducting property inspections and condition reports

• Assist with tenant screenings and lease agreements

• Assist with handling maintenance requests and coordinating repairs

• Assist with managing rental arrears and enforcing lease terms

• Assist with rent reviews and lease renewals

• Providing exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords

• Maintaining accurate property records and documentation

• Keeping up-to-date with relevant tenancy laws and regulations

About you:
 

• Confidence in the above duties & responsibilities 

• Strong organisational skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to multi-task & work as part of a team

• Professional presentation & motivated attitude

• QLD Driver’s License 

• Must have QLD Real Estate Certificate
