About the role: 

We are currently seeking a full time Customer Service Officer (CSO) to join our Pre-Site Customer Service Team!

In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently coordinating and managing the administrative processes for Mimosa Homes customers from the point a job is sales approved and allocated to a CSO through to the handover of the home to our On-Site Construction team. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the pre-site journey.

Some of the key responsibilities include: 

• Provide communication with clients through all means necessary to keep them informed throughout the pre-site administration process

• Create and prepare client HIA Building contracts 

• Apply for necessary Permit Applications, including but not limited to: Developer Approvals, Report and Consents, Build Over Easements, Building Permits, PICs, Asset Protections Permits

• Conduct contract signing appointments

• Liaise with all internal stake holders through-out the Operational teams to ensure efficient transfer to construction team.

• Meet targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) as set out by the Operations Manager

To be considered, you should possess: 

• Minimum 12 months' customer service experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is required

• Experience in the Construction industry is required

• Exposure to OSC software is advantageous

• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

• Professional presentation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft office

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage in verbal interaction with clients

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Exceptional organization and time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
