Warehouse Technician / 2ic

Ride On is a leading provider of children's entertainment equipment across shopping centres throughout Australia. We're a passionate, close-knit team and we're looking for a hands-on all-rounder to join us at our Yarraville workshop to assist with the operations here in Victoria.

No two days are the same in this role, you will be diagnosing, prepping, and problem-solving across a variety of rides and entertainment equipment. The work is real, the team is great, and the end result puts smiles on kids' faces every day.

This is a key position within our Victorian operations, where you'll serve as the right-hand to the State Manager — playing a genuine 2iC role that carries real responsibility. You'll be trusted to make decisions, represent the business professionally in the field, and help drive the smooth day-to-day running of our operations across Melbourne metro and regional Victoria.

• Carrying out maintenance and repairs of equipment, both in the workshop and onsite in shopping centres.

• Diagnosis and fault finding.

• Ability to repair equipment and problem solve solutions.

• Preparing new equipment for installation.

• Maintaining and ensuring adherence to all OH&S regulations both in warehouse and on site.

• Experienced in using various software platforms

• Attending to service calls when required.

The successful candidate will have:

• Electrical experience including Testing & Tagging – Desirable

• Electrical or Mechanical experience/training – Mandatory

• A personable and enthusiastic manner

• A flexible attitude and willingness to undertake reasonable additional tasks as required

• Strong attention to detail, work ethic and commitment

• Ability to work autonomously.

• Focus on the safety, compliance and maintenance
