Your New Role
We are seeking a full time Property Manager.

Working alongside a professional and close knit team you will need to demonstrate personal attributes consistent with a team oriented and customer service focused environment, a strong sense of integrity as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with the ability to interpret and implement the Residential Tenancies Act. Full training offered to the right candidate.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Full portfolio management
• Property inspections including routines, entries and vacates
• Arranging maintenance
• Managing rental arrears
• Lease Renewals

Working hours of 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
 

What you will bring to your New Role
Skills and Experience Required:

• A current certificate of registration is preferred but not essential (Full training offered to the right candidate)

• Excellent time management skills

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work individually and within a team

• Be able to adapt to changes quickly

• Capable of having difficult conversations and effectively dealing with stress levels

• Current driver's license

• Punctuality & honesty

• Eagerness to learn

• Positive attitude
