Project Administrator – Development Approvals (DA)

About the Role

As our project portfolio continues to grow, we’re looking for a highly organised Project Administrator to support our Project Delivery team in coordinating Development Approval (DA) documentation, project administration and stakeholder engagement.

Reporting to the GM – Asset Delivery & Operations, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of CleanPeak’s renewable energy projects. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, contractors, councils and suppliers to ensure projects are well coordinated, documentation is maintained, procurement activities run smoothly, and project milestones are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain project documentation across multiple renewable energy projects.
• Prepare, collate and submit non-technical documentation for Development Applications (DA) and Construction Certificates.
• Support Project Managers with contract administration, procurement and project reporting.
• Coordinate supplier quotations, purchase orders and contractor documentation.
• Manage project cost tracking, cash flow forecasts and project administration records.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and liaise with logistics providers.
• Act as a key point of contact for councils, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes and management updates.
• Maintain project records, registers and SharePoint documentation.
• Assist with timesheet administration and project budget tracking.
• Ensure documentation complies with company policies and project governance requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Project Delivery team.

About You

You’ll be a proactive administrator who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in project administration, preferably within construction, infrastructure, renewable energy or engineering.
• Exposure to Development Applications (DA), council approvals or construction documentation (highly regarded).
• Strong organisational and document management skills.
• Experience with procurement, purchase orders and contractor coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Project.
• Experience using SharePoint and project management software is advantageous.
• A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
