About the Role

As a Buyer, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end procurement activities, ensuring the right products are sourced at the right price and delivered at the right time. You’ll work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to optimise the supply chain and protect margin while meeting customer demand.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and procuring products that meet quality, cost, and availability requirements

• Monitoring market trends and supplier performance to ensure continuity of supply

• Managing and developing strong supplier relationships

• Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts to deliver cost savings

• Identifying opportunities to improve procurement efficiency and profitability

About You

• Proven experience in buying or procurement, ideally within foodservice or FMCG

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and commercial skills

• Confidence managing supplier relationships and market dynamics

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
