MRT Fabrication Pty Ltd is an award-winning, locally owned and operated fabrication business based in Orange, servicing a wide range of industries across the Central West of NSW.

Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Boilermaker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, weld and assemble a range of steel and fabricated components

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and plans

• Complete fabrication and welding work to a high standard and specification

• Carry out installation and repair work at customer sites when required

• Measure, mark out, cut, fit and weld materials accurately

• Work independently while also contributing to the wider team

• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop and worksite

About You

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is looking to become a valued part of our team.

You will ideally have:

• Trade qualification in Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaking)

• Proven experience in fabrication and welding

• The ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

• Good problem-solving skills and a practical approach to your work

• A positive attitude and reliable work ethic

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Current Driver’s Licence

• MR Licence an advantage, but not essential
