About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

• Ability to provide complex, strategic and operational leadership to effectively manage a team to deliver high quality services to clients to achieve outcomes against strategic and operational plans.
• Excellent record of achievement in similar senior HR roles, including the ability to achieve high quality outcomes across HR service delivery, significant HR projects, and business improvement initiatives.
• Ability to lead and provide senior level, expert HR advice and consultancy services to senior leaders, line managers and employees across a broad range of HR activities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to develop high quality written communications, briefs and reports.
• Ability to solve complex problems, analyse issues from various perspectives and to exercise sound, independent judgement.

Mandatory Requirements

• Due to the consultancy and partnership nature of this role, the incumbent may be required to visit or work across the various facilities throughout the West Moreton Health.
