At James Lane we help customers build homes they'll love. We're looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to inspire our brand new Sleeping Giant Auburn team and drive store success every day!

What You’ll Do:
Lead & Inspire: Motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Drive Success: Ensure your store exceeds KPIs and sets the standard for excellence
Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations, inventory, and policies efficiently
Grow & Develop: Train and develop your team, fostering a high-performing store culture
What We’re Looking For:
Proven leadership experience in retail
Sales-driven with a customer-focused mindset
Team player, flexible, and hands-on (able to lift up to 20kg)
Experience in furniture, homewares, or related retail
