Emergency Services Foundation (ESF) is looking for an entrepreneurial and relationship-focused Fundraising & Partnership Lead to join our small, high-performing team.
This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact by building sustainable revenue and partnerships that enable ESF to deliver meaningful support and programs for the emergency services community.
In this role, you will:Lead fundraising to generate $100,000 in untied funding over 12 monthsBuild and nurture corporate, philanthropic and strategic partnershipsDevelop compelling partnership, sponsorship and funding propositionsLead the full fundraising cycle — from prospecting through to stewardship and renewalGrow multi-year and repeat funding relationshipsCoordinate and strengthen the ESF Learning NetworkWork closely with the CEO, Advisory Group, member agencies and external partnersHelp strengthen ESF’s long-term financial resilience and impact
We’re looking for someone who has: ✔ Demonstrated experience in fundraising, business development or partnerships, ideally in the NFP, philanthropic or social impact sector ✔ A proven ability to secure untied or discretionary funding ✔ Exceptional relationship-building, influencing and communication skills ✔ An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work strategically and operationally ✔ Initiative, accountability and the confidence to work independently in a small organisation
The details 📍 Hybrid 🕐 Part-time — 30 hours per week 💰 $58.57 per hour + superannuation + phone benefit, commensurate with experience 👤 Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer
