We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our Townsville team. This is a critical role supporting our Truck Sales department by managing vehicle administration, stock control, registrations, customer deliveries and vehicle movements, ensuring every deal is completed accurately and professionally from start to finish.

About the Role

As our Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the central point of contact for sales administration and stock control, working closely with the Sales Team, Branch Manager, suppliers, customers and internal departments to ensure every vehicle progresses smoothly from arrival through to customer delivery.

No two days are the same. You’ll enjoy a varied role that combines administration, customer service, coordination and vehicle movements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales administration, stock control and vehicle records from arrival through to customer delivery.
• Prepare and process vehicle registrations, deal documentation and delivery paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain vehicle files, stock records, keys, books and supporting sales documentation.
• Coordinate customer collections, deliveries and local vehicle movements between suppliers, body builders and customers.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure deals progress smoothly.
• Assist with sales quotations, brochures and administrative process improvements.
• Keep management informed of stock, registrations, finance and vehicle movement updates.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies, privacy requirements and safety standards.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Proactive, reliable and a positive team player.
• Competent with Microsoft Office (dealership experience is an advantage).
• Experienced in administration or sales support (automotive experience is desirable but not essential).
• Holds, or is willing to obtain, a Heavy Rigid (HR) licence.
