Role Description This full-time, on-site Commercial Project Coordinator role is based in Geelong, VIC. The position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering commercial projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include managing project schedules, overseeing budgets and cost controls, preparing and reviewing quotes, and coordinating with internal teams, contractors and suppliers. The role also involves monitoring project performance, identifying risks, implementing mitigation plans, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Commercial Project Coordinator will contribute to continuous improvement by refining project processes and supporting business development activities where required.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to interpret project data, assess risks, and support informed decision-making.Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, both verbally and in writing.Previous experience in commercial project management or construction/project delivery within a similar environment.Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
