About you

You have exceptional customer service skills, including a great face-to-face and email manner. You love helping people, building relationships, and providing recommendations, including upselling. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing face-to-face inquiries and assisting customers with reservations. You understand the importance of accuracy when creating reservations and obtaining client details.

About the role

We are on the lookout for a Casual Sales Agent to join our team in Port Douglas due to our continued success and ongoing growth. A full-time opportunity may be offered to the right candidate. We are offering you the opportunity to be a part of a leading company in tourism where having fun and building relationships is an important part of the role! You will need to be available to work weekends and public holidays when required.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering excellent customer service

• Sales-oriented with the ability to influence and upsell products

• Accurate creation and management of reservations

• Great communication skills—both verbal and written

• Previous experience with reservation systems is highly desired
