The SESLHD Mental Health Service is a specialised clinical service, providing care to a local population of over 930,000 residents in the Sydney metropolitan area. We provide care within both hospital and community settings to support people living with mental illness at times when acute intervention is needed, or to remain well in their community and lead their own recovery
Are you a motivated and dynamic person with high level administrative experience to join our compassionate and caring team? You will be providing a range of administrative and clerical support services to enable the Inpatient Sutherland Mental Health Service team to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.

You'll be based at Mental Health Sutherland Mental Health Service, located on The Sutherland Hospital campus, Caringbah.
Provide a high range of administrative, customer service and clerical support services to enable the Sutherland Mental Health Service to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.

Provide an example of a time you managed a complex, sensitive or challenging enquiry from a patient, client or stakeholder. Describe how you communicated effectively, exercised judgement to determine the appropriate response, and maintained a high standard of customer service while working with others.
Describe a time you identified an opportunity to improve an administrative process or service. Explain the actions you took, any technology or systems you used, how you engaged others during the process, and the outcomes achieved.
