Our boutique Prahran Aged Care Home is opening soon, and we are seeking passionate Registered Nurses to help bring it to life.

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years' nursing experience looking for a rewarding role in aged care?

Full-time and part-time positions. Morning shifts: 7:00am to 3:00pm, Afternoon shifts: 2:30pm to 10:30pm and Night Duty shifts: 10:00pm to 7:30am on offer.

The Role

At Infinite Aged Care, the role of a Registered Nurse is highly visible and plays a vital role in meeting our residents’ daily needs and delivering high quality, person centric care to residents and families.

Our nurses are responsible for the total care of the resident, including physical, emotional wellbeing and safety. They are given the autonomy and space they need to make decisions and enjoy the support of the personal care, lifestyle, and Hospitality teams.

In addition to this, they act as role models by adhering to safe practice measures in medication management, providing leadership to others and by doing so promote a harmonious team environment aligned with our values.  About You

You have the ability to “think on your feet” as well as the ability to communicate effectively, build rapport and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers alike.

We hire on attitude and aptitude, so you do not need experience in the aged care sector. You do however need to be aligned with our philosophy and values, have strong communication skills, and a commitment to resident wellbeing as well as

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting
• Being a "caring centric" person is your superpower!

• You thrive in variety and diversity in clinical care settings and commit to following compliant practices for the elderly.
• A Bachelor of Nursing degree
• AHPRA Registration with no restriction
• Being a positive team colleague, shows initiative and delivers quality work is your daily world!
• A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or have the ability to get one)
• Enjoys working with other nursing, personal care workers, lifestyle and hotel services to create the "Best place to work" for everyone's happiness and safety.

Our care roles are busy! Alot of bending, lifting, pushing and squatting to perform your duties safely. All candidates will be required to complete an online medical assessment to maintain personal and workplace safety standards.
