What Does Your New Role Look Like?

We are seeking an experienced Registered Migration Agent or Lawyer who enjoys challenging and meaningful work and thrives in a supportive, flexible environment.

You will manage a diverse caseload primarily across employer-sponsored migration matters while providing clients with accurate, strategic and practical migration advice.

As this is a fully remote or optional hybrid position, applicants may be located anywhere in Australia.

What You’ll Do

·        Manage a diverse caseload across all employer-sponsored visa categories

·        Conduct client consultations and eligibility assessments

·        Provide accurate and strategic migration advice

·        Prepare, review and lodge visa applications, nominations and supporting submissions

·        Manage Department of Home Affairs correspondence, requests and deadlines

·        Maintain accurate client files, case notes and compliance records

·        Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients throughout their migration journey

·        Collaborate closely with our friendly remote team

·        Contribute ideas that improve our systems, client service and business growth

What We Need You to Have

·        Current registration as a Registered Migration Agent or practising Australian solicitor

·        At least three years’ experience in Australian migration practice

·        Strong experience across employer-sponsored visa categories in a fast paced, high volume practice

·        Experience working with labour agreements or family/GSM subclasses will be highly regarded

·        The ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment, taking ownership of your work without needing regular follow-up

·        A fast, accurate and responsive working style, with pride in getting the details right the first time

·        Strong corporate client relationship and caseload management skills

·        High attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, ethical, and compliant work
