Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and develop into a successful territory sales professional.

This role is perfect for someone who has gained customer experience through retail, trade sales, customer service, hospitality, or a showroom environment and is ready to move into a territory sales career.

You don’t need years of sales experience, we are looking for the right attitude, willingness to learn, and someone who enjoys working with people.

Reporting to the NSW Sales Manager, you will receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and support from an experienced sales team as you develop your product knowledge, customer skills, and confidence in managing your own territory.

What You Will Learn and Do

• Develop strong relationships with customers and understand their business needs

• Learn how to manage and grow a sales territory

• Visit customers and support their product requirements

• Assist with product demonstrations and customer training

• Identify new business opportunities and build customer connections

• Learn our products, industry, and market from experienced team members

• Support sales activities, promotions, and customer communication

• Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Purchasing

• Travel throughout the Southern Sydney Metro and ACT regions as your skills develop

About You

• Retail sales assistant

• Trade counter salesperson

• Showroom consultant

• Customer service representative

• Store team member

• Sales representative wanting to grow

• Assistant manager looking for the next career step

You will have:

• A genuine interest in developing a career in sales

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Confidence speaking with customers and building relationships

• Good communication skills

• Strong organisation and time management skills

• The ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

• A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel
