Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the Role:
As our F&B Supervisor, you will oversee the service team across a range of events, ensuring guests receive an exceptional experience from start to finish. You will be a key point of contact between Sales, Events, Kitchen, and Operations, driving efficiency while maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead casual teams confidently during peak periods and multiple concurrent events.

• Manage all aspects of C&E service flow including set-ups, pack-downs, BEOs, timelines, and coordination with Kitchen & AV teams.

• Maintain a hands-on, floor-focused leadership style to support and motivate your team.

• Apply strong commercial awareness to optimize wage control, service efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

• Communicate effectively with Sales, Events, Kitchen, and Operations to ensure seamless event execution.

• Deliver a guest-first mindset, ensuring every attendee experiences top-tier service.

About You:

• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within food & beverage or events.

• Strong understanding of C&E service operations.

• Confident leadership skills and ability to manage casual teams.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Commercially aware with a focus on efficiency and profitability.

• Hands-on approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
