Marketing Manager

Make a real impact in a passionate and diverse organisation, working within a small marketing and engagement team in a varied role that’s both strategic and hands-on. 

As Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of marketing plans that strengthen Gowrie’s brand, grow engagement, and drive enrolments across early learning services and adult learning programs. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will bring market insights, craft marketing plans, and deliver targeted campaigns to generate and sustain a pipeline of prospective families, students, adult learners, clients and employees for our different services and programs.

You are an experienced and collaborative marketing professional with strong skills in planning, engagement and campaign management. You combine a hands-on approach with customer insight, and thrive on building strong relationships and making things happen.  You are passionate about the brands you represent, have a track record of developing a strong understanding of what you promote, and looking to make your mark in a growing non-profit organisation where people live and breathe our organisational values.
