Join The Star Gold Coast as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, where you will lead and support the team during shifts to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing team members, overseeing service operations, maintaining high performance standards, ensuring accurate cash handling, and contributing to financial and operational objectives.

We currently have a range of supervisor opportunities available across our food & beverage venues, including roles within our signature dining restaurants, casual dining venues, event operations, and bar teams.

What we are looking for

• Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment with strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of guests and team members
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
• Flexible with availability to meet varying venue operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Current Queensland RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Statement of Attainment
