We're looking for experienced Trade Waiters to join our team across our premium venues. If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy delivering exceptional guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, premium dining environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Role

As a Trade Waiter, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service from the moment guests are seated through to the end of their dining experience. You'll work closely with our leadership team to ensure every guest receives warm, attentive and knowledgeable service while maintaining the high standards our venues are known for.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalised table service throughout every shift.

• Confidently manage your own section while maintaining high service standards.

• Build genuine connections with guests and create memorable dining experiences.

• Demonstrate strong food and beverage knowledge, including menu recommendations and wine service.

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.

• Maintain exceptional presentation of the restaurant and dining areas.

• Uphold food safety, RSA and venue standards at all times.

About You

You'll be passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in premium, fast-paced venues. You take pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences and understand the importance of teamwork and attention to detail.

You'll also have:

• Previous experience as a Section Waiter or Trade Waiter in a quality restaurant.

• Strong food, beverage and wine knowledge.

• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to thrive in a busy service environment.

• A current RSA Certificate (or be willing to obtain one).

• Full working rights in Australia.
