Client

An ICG client is seeking a banking strategy consultant working with the principal of a boutique consulting business to develop the strategy for a small Australian regional bank.

• Conduct desktop research using client data, available external data (e.g., ABS, APRA, etc.), and combine to identify patterns and trends to refine hypotheses
  
• Develop and explore selected scenarios to test strategies, using available data (including financial data) and well-documented assumptions
  
• Draft components for the strategy based on research findings; this would include well-structured slide decks
  
  

Start date:  Immediate, with in the next week  Duration: 4-6 weeks 

Location:  Sydney (remote)

Rate: The daily rate to the consultant will be $1,200 per day paid plus gst to the right professional.
