About the role:

Work closely with a Partner, you will be involved in a broad range of corporate, commercial and resources matters, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions, investments and corporate transactions.
• Joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and corporate structuring.
• Transactions and commercial arrangements across the energy and resources sector.
• Corporate governance and general commercial advisory matters.
• Conducting due diligence and assisting on transaction documentation.

The ideal candidate:

• Have at least 1-4 PQE, coming from a reputable commercial law firm.
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive and keen to take on responsibility.
• Looking for a team offering strong technical development and long-term progression.
