Internal Sales Consultant

About The Role

As an Internal Sales team member, you will play an important part in delivering a smooth customer experience and supporting day-to-day sales activity. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working closely with customers, staying organised in a fast-moving environment, and contributing to a team that values service and follow-through.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Handle inbound customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person.Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and confirm stock availability.Build strong customer relationships through responsive internal sales support.

Requirements

Experience supporting customers across phone, email, and face-to-face channels.Experience in internal sales, customer service, or trade counter support.Knowledge of metals, building products, or industrial distribution.Knowledge of aluminium and stainless steel products.
