As Project Development Manager, you’ll take the lead in negotiating and delivering energy services connection agreements that support LUMEA™’s ambitious growth goals. You’ll manage complex connection infrastructure transactions and collaborate with a multidisciplinary bid team across the Transgrid Group.

In this client-facing role, your outstanding stakeholder management skills will be key. You’ll cultivate strong partnerships—internally and externally—and quickly build trust and credibility across all levels of the organisation.

What We Expect From You

Experience in the energy infrastructure and /or renewable energy industryDegree qualifications in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline or equivalent industry experienceExcellent customer and stakeholder relationship management skills including demonstrated influencing skills with potential customers, decision makers, and other relevant stakeholdersProven track record in the development and management of competitive energy infrastructure bidsExperience in innovative project development and management, and well-developed problem-solving skillsHigh-level business and commercial acumen with a proven track record in the development, negotiation and execution of commercial agreementsProven experience with pricing high-value transactionsExperience with developing pricing strategies with the use of financial modelling
