Universal Granite is a family owned stone manufacturing company specialising in premium natural stone, porcelain, and engineered stone benchtops. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding quality and exceptional customer service across residential and commercial projects throughout Sydney.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an organised and customer focused Project Manager to join our office team.

About the Role

This is a full-time office based position where you will be responsible for coordinating projects from approval through to installation. You will oversee scheduling across the office, factory, and installation teams to ensure every project is manufactured and installed on time. Working closely with clients, builders, cabinet makers, and our production team, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule check measures and stone installations
• Manage the factory production schedule to ensure all jobs are manufactured on time
• Coordinate daily workloads between the office, factory, and installation teams
• Ensure jobs are ready for installation as scheduled
• Liaise with clients, builders, joiners, suppliers, and installers
• Monitor project timelines and proactively manage any scheduling changes or delays
• Handle client enquiries via phone and email
• Maintain accurate job records and update project information
• Work closely with management to prioritise workloads and meet project deadlines
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout each project

About You

The successful applicant will have:

• Previous experience in project management, project coordination, scheduling, or construction administration
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and job management software
• Experience within the stone, cabinetry, joinery, or construction industry is highly regarded but not essential
