Site Supervisor

A well-established and growing residential construction business is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join its team, overseeing multiple residential projects across South Brisbane and the Western Corridor.

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the construction of multiple residential projects, including single and double-storey homes and townhouses.

You will work closely with subcontractors, trades, clients and internal project teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to a high standard.

• Coordinate and supervise multiple residential construction sites from commencement through to completion.

• Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with approved plans, specifications and regulatory requirements.

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trades across multiple projects.

• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control across all sites.

• Monitor construction progress, schedules and budgets.

• Identify and resolve site issues quickly and effectively.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively with project and design teams to resolve technical and construction-related issues.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information through construction management systems.

• Ensure all workplace health and safety requirements are consistently implemented.

We are looking for an experienced residential Site Supervisor who is confident managing multiple projects and trades simultaneously.

You will ideally have:

• Trade qualifications and hands-on experience in carpentry or residential construction.

• A current QBCC Site Supervisor licence.

• Proven experience supervising multiple residential projects.

• Strong knowledge of residential construction methodologies, processes and compliance requirements.

• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience using construction management software, with Onsite Companion experience highly regarded.

• Previous experience with an established residential builder.
