What your day could look like

As a Registered Nurse, you'll be a valued part of a team that delivers high-quality care close to home. Working across acute and aged care settings, you'll help people navigate important moments in their health journey, supporting better outcomes while building strong connections with patients, families and colleagues.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

• Providing safe, evidence-based care that supports recovery, wellbeing and quality of life for patients and residents.
• Partnering with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and deliver positive, person-centred experiences.
• Applying sound clinical judgement to make informed decisions and respond confidently to changing care needs.
• Helping strengthen clinical practice through mentorship, continuous learning and quality improvement activities.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

• Current registration, or eligibility for registration, as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Demonstrated clinical capability in acute care, aged care, or a comparable healthcare setting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, quality improvement and person-centred care.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have a Rural and Isolated Practice qualification and/or postgraduate study relevant to your clinical area.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care, strengthening community wellbeing and embracing the opportunities that come with regional practice.
