Blue Collar Recruiter (MC Drivers) – Fixed term

Northfleet is the largest and most diverse fleet provider in WA, with over 20 years of experience in the region. We have a dedicated history of delivering safe and efficient transport and hire solutions to our valued clients across our depots in WA. 

Due to an exciting period of business growth, we are seeking a experienced and motivated Blue-Collar Recruiter to join our team on a three-month fixed term basis. Primarily focused on Multi Combination Driver and Bus Driver recruiting, you will be responsible for managing end to end blue collar recruitment briefs across our diverse operations throughout Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities

·Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor recruitment approaches

·Managing end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles across Australia

·Ensuring a high level of accurate and timely communication to both internal stakeholders and candidates

·Partnering with the HR team and site administrators and managers to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience

·Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including social media and local advertising strategies

·Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing through to placement

·Conducting thorough interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit

·Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of talent to support ongoing business needs

About You

·Strong track record in the successful delivery of end-to-end recruitment processes (with a primary focus on MC Drivers)

·Experience in the Transport industry is essential, mining industry experience highly regarded

·Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

·Excellent attention to detail and solid computer skills

·A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to quickly learn new systems

·Strong communication skills and a reliable, team-oriented approach
