Barista — Specialty Coffee

Opening to the public in early 2022, Saazaa is a boutique roasting warehouse with a showroom-style café up front and an espresso bar at the back, right in the heart of Ringwood.

We’re building a coffee culture that challenges the norm — celebrating quality brews with a global impact. Our values are simple: people, ethics, and community come first.

We’re looking for a passionate Barista who cares deeply about great coffee and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll bring:

• A keen eye for detail

• A positive, can-do attitude

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to support the Head Barista and step in when needed

This role offers a genuine work–life balance within a supportive and creative environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 12 months in a specialty coffee venue — from programming machines and following recipes to pour over and cold brew.

• Mindset: A team player who’s reliable, hardworking, and loves engaging with customers.

• Availability: Saturdays and Sundays are essential.

• Passion: A desire to talk coffee, share our story, and keep developing your craft.

• Flexible roster (25–38 hrs/wk).
